Evaluations are Leitmotiv’s flagship activity. Since our foundation we have successfully undertaken numerous evaluations of advocacy campaigns and international development projects and programmes. Over the years we have acquired extensive experience in ex ante and ex post evaluations, meta-evaluations and quality assessments of evaluation products for different organisations.

We genuinely believe that evaluations are an invaluable opportunity to reflect, learn and improve, and a political exercise that serves to shed light on underlying positions and assumptions. We believe that our role as evaluators should be to facilitate valuable and empowering learning processes.

We combine a sound understanding of qualitative and quantitative tools with a firm belief in participatory approaches and methodologies that favour transformation, give a voice to people and facilitate accountability and learning.
